The front door to everything we do

Business Systems Audit.

You work too hard to lose customers to a missed call and a forgotten follow-up. We inspect your business from the outside the way a customer experiences it, test your response time, benchmark you against your local competitors, and hand you a scorecard and 30-day plan. Then we walk you through it live. $499 flat.

You already know the symptoms. An inquiry comes in while you are with a customer and never gets a call back. A quote goes out and sits there, because following up slipped your mind again. A good client finishes a job, says thanks, and nobody ever asks for the review or the referral. None of these feel like emergencies. Together they are the reason growth feels stuck.

Here is what those little leaks actually cost. A service business averaging a $300 ticket that misses five inquiries a month is losing roughly $18,000 a year to voicemail and slow replies alone. Most owners have three or four leaks like that running at once. They do not need to work harder. They need to see the holes.

That is the audit. You answer 16 questions, about 20 minutes of your time. Then we go look for ourselves: your website the way a stranger sees it, your Google results, your Business Profile and reviews benchmarked against your three nearest competitors, and, with your permission, a mystery inquiry through your own contact channel with a stopwatch running. We analyze the nine areas where service businesses lose money and, three business days later, you are holding a written report built on what we observed, not just what you told us. Then we get on a 30-minute call and walk through it together.

What your audit includes

Outside-in inspection

Your website, Google visibility, Business Profile, and reviews, examined the way a customer experiences them.

Competitor snapshot

How you stack up against your three nearest competitors on visibility, reviews, and first impression.

Response-time test

With your consent, we send a mystery inquiry through your own contact channel and time the reply. Proof, not opinion.

Priority scorecard

Eight areas scored 1 to 5, each leak priced using your own average job value.

Quick wins + 30-day plan

Fixes for this week, then a week-by-week plan that separates urgent from important.

30-minute findings call

We walk through the report together, answer questions, and agree what happens first.

Plus practical AI and automation recommendations at three levels (simple, medium, advanced), matched to what a small service business can actually run.

2. Answer 16 questions

About 20 minutes: your services, leads, follow-up, tools, competitors, and goals. Includes the mystery shop consent.

4. Findings call

A 30-minute walkthrough of your scorecard and plan. You leave knowing exactly what to fix first.

Who this is for

  • Service business owners who feel busy but stuck: revenue is unpredictable and they do not know which fix comes first
  • Businesses losing leads to slow or inconsistent follow-up
  • Owners preparing to grow who want the gaps found before they scale
  • Anyone who wants a clear, honest outside review without committing to an open-ended consulting engagement

The math on $499

If the audit finds you one saved lead, one rescued no-show, or one invoice that finally gets chased, it has paid for itself. It will find more than one. And it works the other direction too: the report tells you what you do not need, the software subscription to cancel, the marketing spend that is premature, the rebuild your website does not actually require. Most owners save more from what we tell them to stop buying than the audit costs.

One more thing, because it matters: the plan is written so you can execute every step yourself. If you never spend another dollar with us, the audit still works. That is intentional. We would rather earn implementation because the findings were sharp than because the report was vague.

What happens after your audit

The audit is step one of a clear path. Execute the plan yourself, or bring us in to build it with you. Implementation is scoped directly from your findings, so nothing is sold that your report did not justify.

Operations track

For businesses whose day-to-day has outgrown their systems. Intake and onboarding workflows, scheduling and confirmation systems, staff handoffs, service checklists and SOPs, and internal organization, built so quality stops depending on memory.

Growth track

For businesses that need more clients, predictably. Offer sharpening so prospects say yes faster, a focused acquisition plan, partnership and referral systems, and a pipeline you can actually see, so revenue stops being lumpy.

Most engagements draw from both tracks, and pull in automation or AI training where the plan calls for it. Optional monthly support keeps the systems running after we step back. Never pushed, always available.

Every recommendation is still written so you can execute it yourself. If you never spend another dollar with us, the audit and the call still work. That is intentional.

$499 flat. Report in 3 business days, findings call included.

Business Systems Audit FAQ

What do you need from me?

Answers to 16 questions: services, target customer, lead sources, follow-up process, tools, team size, average job value, your three nearest competitors, and goals. About 20 minutes. No logins, financials, or sensitive documents required.

What is the mystery shop?

With your written consent on the intake form, we contact your business the way a real lead would (your website form or phone) and time what happens. The result appears in your report with timestamps. It is consistently the finding owners act on first, because it is proof rather than opinion.

What happens on the findings call?

Thirty minutes, within a few days of delivery. We walk through your scorecard, explain the reasoning behind each finding, answer questions, and agree what to tackle first. No sales pitch is required for implementation; the report speaks for itself.

How is this different from a free consultation?

A consultation is a conversation. The audit is a complete written analysis of your business with a scorecard, prioritized issues, and a 30-day plan you keep. It is the difference between talking about your business and holding a map of it.

Does the audit include implementation?

No. The audit and findings call tell you exactly what to fix and in what order, written so you can execute it yourself. If you want it built for you, the Operations and Growth tracks above are scoped directly from your report, which doubles as the project plan.

What kinds of businesses does this work for?

Service-based businesses: healthcare and recovery, transportation, security, document preparation, professional services, and local service businesses. If your business runs on inquiries, appointments, and relationships, the audit fits.

Do you handle sensitive information?

No. The audit works from your answers and public information. For healthcare businesses, we never request or process patient information. We audit your processes, not your records.
